AMPHI 2024 – PARKING SPACES

Dear Amphi Family,

For all of you who are travelling by car, we have the latest information about the Amphi parking areas.

At the RTL parking garage you can park your car directly at the festival area again. The parking fee is 10,00 € per entry. On Saturday and Sunday you can additionally use the Koelnmesse parking lot P21, which will be provided for free.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Due to a running event, taking place at the same time, on FRIDAY the RTL parking garage must be approached through a detour via „Charles-de-Gaulle-Platz / Kennedyufer“. The approach via „Charles-de-Gaulle-Platz“ applies only to FRIDAY! On the other days you will be asked to turn around and use the regular approach.

On SATURDAY and SUNDAY please take the regular approach via the traffic roundabout at the Staatenhaus/Opera, following the underpass to the RTL parking garage.

Friday, 26.07.: 16:00 h – 24:00 h

Saturday, 27.07.: 08:00 h – 20:00 h *

Sunday, 28.07.: 08:00 h – 20:00 h *

* = if capacity is not exhausted earlier!

ACCESS & EXIT:

Friday, 26.07., 16:00 h till Monday, 29.07., 07:30 h continuously.

APPROACH:

Friday, 26.07.: only via detour Auenweg -> Charles-de-Gaulle-Platz -> Kennedyufer
Samstag, 27.07.: only via „Auenweg / traffic roundabout Staatenhaus-Oper“
Sonntag, 28.07.: nur über „Auenweg / Kreisverkehr Staatenhaus-Oper“

KOELNMESSE PARKING “P21”

(free of charge / no campers).

ENTRY:

Friday, 26.07.: no entry

Saturday, 27.07.: 08:00 h – 20:00 h

Sunday, 28.07.: 08:00 h – 20:00 h

ACCESS/EXIT:

Saturday, 26.07., 08:00 h till Monday, 29.07., 08:00 h continuously.

Gates “C” & “T” (at the fairground) close at 05:00 on Monday. From 5:00 h till 8:00 h parking lot P21 can still be reached and entered directly via “Deutz-Mülheimer-Straße”.

FOOTPATH TO THE FESTIVAL AREA:

From “P21” across “Deutz-Mülheimer-Straße” you walk through “GATE C” and “GATE T” across the fairground to the “Auenweg”. From “Auenweg” you continue to the “Staatenhaus-Oper traffic circle” and from there to the festival area. The way is also signposted on site.

APPROACH:

Via B 55a coming from the west (exit “Deutz / Koelnmesse”) via “Deutz-Mülheimer-Straße.
Via B 55a coming from the east, directly at the end of the exit “Deutz / Koelnmesse”.

PARKING FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

(free of charge):

Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available at the RTL parking garage. Upon presentation of your handicapped pass, entry is free of charge. If the vehicle height exceeds 2.00 m, please use the fair parking lots.

To take advantage of this service, guests from inside the EU need to show their EU parking pass for disabled persons (blue). Guests from outside the EU are required to show their disability card from their respective country.

PARKING FOR MOBILE HOMES

Mobile homes are strictly prohibited on the parking areas of the Koelnmesse. At “Reisemobilhafen” in Cologne-Riehl you can reserve spaces for mobile homes.

NO-PARKING ZONES

Parking for festival guests is not permitted on “Kennedyufer”, “Rheinparkweg” and “Auenweg”. This year, the Public Order Office will carry out more checks and will have vehicles, illegally parked within the designated no-parking zones, towed away at the expense of their respective owners.
