It’s fair to say that ALIENARE have worked hard and earned their success themselves.
Founded as a solo project by singer and mastermind T. Green, the duo was joined by keyboardist T. Imo in 2016 – in 2019, they reached 93rd place in the official German charts with their album NEVERLAND.
Musically, they are reluctant to be categorised: A healthy mix of distinctive synthpop and modern dark wave with soulful vocals, with lyrics that vary between socially critical, emotional and easy to sing along to. The two North Germans not only stand out musically, but also visually. The extremely energetic and innovative show has already secured the band a frenetic fanbase throughout Germany and beyond.
