Then Comes Silence hail from Stockholm, Sweden and were founded by Alex Svenson, the only original member since the band’s beginnings in 2012. A few years later, the German post-punk community began to embrace the band and Then Comes Silence found a new home away from home.
Then Comes Silence enjoy a high reputation at the forefront of the new generation of gothic, post-punk and darkwave. They are known for frequently releasing quality new material and as a hard-working touring band, being one of the genre’s leading live bands.
